This project consisted of a complete renovation and structural upgrade of a century-old downtown Anchorage building into a high-end boutique store. The design created a modern but rustic aesthetic, integrating new structural beams and columns into the interior organization of the store. The building façade was completely rebuilt to look modern and upscale, with a nod to the original façade of the store based on historic photographs.

Wild Scoops
This interior tenant improvement for a popular local micro-creamery’s production kitchen and an ice cream shop incorporated Wild Scoops’ brand colors, northern birch wood, and a set of climbing bars for the small children to be able to see ice cream flavor options.
The suite was reconfigured to accommodate a full commercial kitchen visible to the public through a window, and a welcoming ice cream shop with serving and seating areas.
